Member Fees: £5 charity donation per year. Payable direct to Friends of Youlgrave School (FYS). Click HERE for information about our supported charity.

We're currently a group with no affiliation and no overheads. We are simply people that meet up and head out. In the future we may affiliate and evolve but this will be decided by the membership when/if we think its appropriate. There are no binding terms to membership it simply adds structure which allows us to run championships. However we do request that you assign your soul to Youlgrave Harriers for life. Your 'membership' will run for 12 months from point of signing up and will be due for 'renewal' each 12 month period from sign up date. Your soul is non returnable.

Guests: Honesty box donation to Friends of Youlgrave School (FYS). Visiting the area on a club run day(s)? Feel free to come along we just ask you to drop a donation into our nominated local charity FYS as a good will gesture to the area. You can do this via the methods outlined above.

Membership perks: Why join?

An opportunity to make a tangible and positive impact on our local community through fundraising, eating cake from the local shops and spending time in the local Inns.

You'll have like minded people to head out exploring with, to go to races with and to get lost with. There will be a network of experience to utilize.

There will be a strong social side to be part of e.g. we will always endeavor to finish our club run with a cheeky recovery pint/coffee/cake/pop/water.

Be part of the building of the club. We're starting from scratch. We may stay as an informal group, we may evolve into an affiliated club racing the local leagues. It'll be up to the members.

There will be a regular series of small entry events organised under the Youlgrave Harriers umbrella. All unique, some ridiculous and always entertaining. Members will have priority and discounted entry and an opportunity to be involved in the creation of the events. Any events with a fee will be 100% non profit with monies going to our nominated cause.

Club Championships. We'll have some friendly in club competition to push you on and keep your training honest. We'll keep a smart record of your PB's, course PB's, results and achievements. Who can set the club records?
